MTC affiliate program - Sales reports
How to read the reports:
General:
Currency: All the amounts are expressed in US$.
Reporting periods: You can access your reports for the
current and previous year.
Activity details report: The first table above
shows the details of every affiliate-related event
on your account during the specific year.
(Users acquired, commissions, payments, etc.)
Summary reports: The summary tables show
a consolidated report, month by month and for the whole year.
Opening balance: The amount to your credit at the
beginning of the reporting period. (Equals the closing balance
at the end of the previous reporting period)
Closing balance: The amount to your credit at the
end of the reporting period. (Equals the opening balance
at the beginning of the next reporting period)
Activity details table:
New user: One of you affiliate links was used to
create a new MTC user. Future purchases by this user will
generate a commission for you.
Sale: One of your users bought a premium module
and a commission was added to your balance.
Refund: One of your users requested a refund,
and therefore the corresponding commission was
deducted from your balance.
Payment: You were sent a payment (e.g. via PayPal)
and the corresponding amount was deducted from your balance.
Other operations: Any other notification
(e.g. an extra bonus, a balance correction, etc.)
it is reported under "Other operations".
Summary tables:
Commissions: The total amount of all your commissions
earned in that reporting period. (This is added to your balance)
Refunds: The total amount of all the refunds
that took place in the reporting period. (This is deducted from your balance)
Payments: The total of all payments made to
you in that period. (This is deducted from your balance)
Other operations: The total of other operations made to
your balance in that period. (Depending on the operations,
this may be either an addition or a deduction from your balance)
